4 things to clean after having a cold or flu

When someone has a cold or flu in the house, a thorough clean will help protect and refresh your home.

  1. AIR OUT THE HOUSE, LET FRESH AIR IN
Open the curtains and windows to allow the fresh air and sunshine to flow threw your house for at least 20 minutes a day.

  2. SHEETS
High temperatures are common when you’re not well, which can result in excess sweating which bacteria will then linger over. Stuffed teddies can be put in sun as the UV from the sun kills bacteria.

    Wash these in warm water

    · Duvet covers

    · Towels (fresh towel daily when unwell)

    · Blankets
